Refund and return policies

1. Return / Refund Application In accordance with the terms and conditions of this Refund and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, the buyer may apply for the warranty period specified in the Return and / or Refund Terms of Service before Temu expires. The Temu Guarantee is a service provided by Temu upon user request to assist users with certain conflicts that may arise during the transaction. Users can communicate to each other privately to resolve differences, or contact relevant local authorities to help them resolve any disputes before, during, or after the use of Temu.

2. Return Application The Buyer can only apply for a refund and / or return only if:

The Buyer did not receive the item;

Defects and / or damage during delivery;

The goods delivered by the Seller to the Buyer are inconsistent with the agreed specifications (e. g. wrong size, color, etc.);

The item delivered to the buyer and the description provided in the list of items; or

Through a private agreement with the seller, the seller must send his / her confirmation to Temu to confirm such an agreement.

Buyers' applications must be submitted through the Temu mobile app.

Please note that if Temu requires, the buyer must ship the goods to the location designated by Temu within ten (10) calendar days after the return request.

Temu will decide at your sole discretion whether to approve your refund and return request. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Temu's decision is final, conclusive and binding and undertakes and agrees that no action or otherwise claim against Temu or its affiliates regarding such decision.

If the Buyer has commenced legal action against the Seller, the Buyer may provide Temu with formal notice of the relevant authorities requiring Temu to continue holding the purchase money until a formal decision is obtained. Temu will decide in its own discretion whether it is necessary to continue to hold such purchase funds.

3. Priority rights of the seller

If you are the preferred seller, you should receive a separate written notice from Temu that you will choose to participate in the Temu Preferred Seller Program. If you decide at any time not to participate in the Temu Preferred Sellers Program, please notify Temu in writing; otherwise, you will be deemed to have elected to participate in the Temu Preferred Sellers Program and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Refund and Return Policy. Temu may suspend or remove any preferred sellers from the Temu Preferred Seller plan at its sole discretion.

Temu's decision to approve a refund or return of goods under Section 2 above is binding on the relevant preferred seller. Preferred Seller agrees to comply and take all necessary measures to take effect on the approved buyer refund or return request from Temu.

For any refund or return request approved by Temu, Temu will notify the preferred seller via email ("Email Notification") and organize the returned item to the address provided to Temu to complete the refund and return process, provided the address is located in the country where the item is sold on the site ("Local Address"). If the preferred seller fails to provide the local address of the returned item or fails to accept it within a reasonable time period (as determined by Temu)Upon delivery of the returned goods, Temu reserves the right to dispose of such goods in any manner, and the preferred seller shall be deemed to have waived all rights to such items. If the preferred seller does not receive the returned item, the preferred seller must notify Temu within seven (7) days of the email notification (the "Notification Period"). Failure to notify Temu during the notice period will serve as final evidence and cause the preferred seller to accept that the item has been delivered and that the preferred seller agrees not to file any claim or raise any dispute over any such item.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Temu may not return a refund or return to the preferred seller, and the preferred seller shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the item.

For any refund or return of goods received by Temu and rejected by Temu, Temu will organize the goods to the address of the relevant buyer according to Section 2 above.

If Temu approves any refund or return request, the preferred seller may appeal such decision by contacting Temu and providing evidence to support such appeal. If Temu supports the preferred seller's appeal, it will pay all or part of the purchase money to the preferred seller. Preferred Seller acknowledges and agrees that Temu's decision is final, conclusive and binding and undertakes and agrees that it will not sue or otherwise bring any claim against Temu or its affiliates regarding such decision.

4. Rights of ordinary sellers

In terms of this refund and return policy, an ordinary seller refers to the seller who is not a mall seller or the preferred seller.

Temu will notify the seller in writing when Temu receives a return and / or refund application from the buyer. Sellers may respond to the buyer's application by following the steps provided by Temu in the written notice. The Seller must respond within the time frame specified in the written notice (the "Term"). If Temu does not receive information from the Seller within the specified period, Temu will assume that the Seller has not respond to the Buyer's application and will continue to evaluate the Buyer's application without notice to the Seller. Temu will review each seller's responses case-by-case and determine whether the buyer's application is possible based on the seller
. 5. Return conditions

In order to enjoy a worry-free experience when returning the items, the buyer shall ensure that the item, including any free item, such as the accessories accompanying the item, must be returned to the Seller on the conditions received by the buyer at the time of delivery. We will advise buyers to take pictures when receiving the item.

6. Liability for product return freight i) In the event of an unforeseeable error by the Seller (i. e., damaged, defective or wrongly delivered products to the Buyer), the Seller shall bear the return freight fee of the buyer.(If the buyer changes his mind, the buyer needs the seller's consent before the request for return, and the buyer will bear the return freight.) In the event of any dispute between the buyer and the seller over the party responsible for the return freight, Temu will bear the return freight party at its own discretion.

7. Refund The buyer will only receive a refund after Temu receives the seller and confirms that the seller has received the returned goods. If Temu does not receive information from the Seller within the specified time, Temu will have the right to refund the applicable amount to the Buyer without further notice to the Seller. The refund will be returned to the buyer's credit / debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable.

8. Communication between the buyers and the sellers

Temu encourages users to communicate with each other when the transaction goes wrong. Since Temu is a platform for users to conduct transactions, the buyers should contact the seller directly to solve any problems related to the goods they have purchased directly.
